Terms and Conditions

  1. This certificate is valid for 2 adults sailing on a 4 Day Cruise (double occupancy required). Accommodations are an entry level 1A cabin. Certain travel dates apply. To book your cruise simply call Vacation Tour and Travel Agency, LLC at 800-816-0205.
  2. To be eligible for this offer, passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. United States travelers need a valid Passport and photo I.D. Resident aliens need a valid Passport and an Alien Resident Card. Aliens need a valid Passport and a valid U.S. Multiple Re-entry Visa. Registered aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documentation.
  3. Travel must commence within 18 months of issue date. All reservation requirements for this cruise certificate must be met. A minimum of 90 days advance notice is required to process your reservation request. Reservations are based on availability. Availability over major holidays is limited and include Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.
  4. At the time of reservation, recipient is responsible for agency fees and government taxes, including custom fees, which vary from $123.16-$186.85 per person, and are due at the time of booking. Gratuities and items of personal nature are not included and are the responsibility of each traveler.
  5. Cruise line utilized on the 4 Day Cruise is Carnival.
  6. Transportation and airfare to and from your departure point and parking fees are the responsibility of each traveler.
  7. This offer is not valid for groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Carnival promotional sailing package. Do not leave for your cruise until you have received written and or electronic confirmation. All cruise arrangements must be made through Vacation Tour and Travel Agency, LLC and are booked according to the availability of Vacation Tour and Travel Agency’s allotment of staterooms.
  8. Vacation Tour and Travel Agency, LLC is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond its control, that causes the cruise to become unavailable. Vacation Tour and Travel Agency, LLC reserves the right to substitute the components of the offered vacation should circumstances so require. If this offer becomes unavailable, Vacation Tour and Travel Agency, LLC has the option to substitute another travel incentive of equal or greater value.
  9. The employees, agents, owners, members, managers, shareholders, assignees,  or designees of Vacation Tour and Travel Agency, LLC, WorldMark by Wyndham, Wyndham Vacation Resorts , and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and parent companies are not eligible to use this certificate and act independently of the cruise lines and not as agents or employees thereof, and will not assume responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the services provided by the cruise lines.
  10. This is an offer to sell travel and is not valid where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Vacation tour and Travel Agency, LLC assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer.
  11.  Vacation Tour and Travel Agency, LLC is not affiliated with, nor an agent of Carnival Cruise Lines, and is solely responsible for this offer.
  12. “Carnival,”  “Carnival Cruise Lines,” the Reverse-C Logo design, “The Fun Ships,”   the ship names, “camp Carnival and design” and any other trademarks and service marks used by Carnival Cruise Lines are property of the Carnival Cruise Lines based on trademark registration and/or use in the United States and other countries throughout the world.
  13. No Purchase Necessary. There is one of entry. You can enter the Contest at Santa Rosa Mall office. After hours entries may call the mall office at (850)244-2172x 211.  Contestant must leave name and phone number to contact to enter the contest.  The Contest begins at 8:00 AM CST on 2/1/2012 and ends on 2/14/2012 at 5:00 PM CST. No entries will be accepted before or after the time of the Contest. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be discarded and disallowed. Incomplete and/or duplicate entries will be discarded and disallowed. All participants must be 21 years or older with valid proof of I.D. to win. Employees of Santa Rosa Mall, its stores, their promotional agencies and families are not eligible to win. No prize substitutions. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash.
  14. Selection of winners. The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing which will be held on or about 2/14/2012 (“Drawing”) from all entries received by the administrator of the Contest. All prizes will be awarded. Any prizes that are not awarded during the time of the Contest will be awarded by random drawing from valid entries after the time of the Contest has expired. Drawing winners need not to present to win and will be notified by mail at the address listed or email address listed on their entry form.
  15. Odds of winning. The odds of winning any prize are based upon the total entries received. It is anticipated that as many as 3,000 entries will be received for the grand prize being awarded, but the number of actual entries may be substantially greater or lesser than this anticipated number. If 3,000 entries are received, the odds of winning each prize will be 1 in 3,000.
  16. General Conditions. Only one (1) prize will be awarded: 4 Day Carnival Cruise. Santa Rosa Mall reserves the right to change these Official Contest Rules at any time prior to award of the prizes and all persons submitting an entry will receive a copy of the revised Rules. All taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to fully comply with any of these Official Contest Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. Santa Rosa Mall reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with entry forms; the process; award of the prizes; or other aspects of the operation of the Contest; or acting in violation of the Official Contest Rules; or acting in any unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or with the intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other person. All decisions of Santa Rosa Mall Contest officials will be final.
